Designed to provide an always-available presence, Remote Support Services enable you to outsource routine support and maintenance or even receive assistance in emergency situations. Services include basic on-site first-line maintenance and support, but may be expanded to include more advanced services on an individual case basis. Service can be provided through a monthly service contract or on an “as needed” basis.
